T2 Access to the Highway

Proposals which involve the formation of a new access, or an intensification in the use of an existing access, will only be permitted where:

  1. the access is not detrimental to the safety of vehicle occupants, cyclists and pedestrians; or
  2. can, alternatively, be improved to a standard acceptable to the council as Highway Authority.
