Policy 21
Every application for mineral extraction must be accompanied by
- a comprehensive description of existing site conditions; and
- a working plan indicating all aspects of the extraction operation; and
- a restoration plan showing how the site is to be restored and managed after extraction so as to facilitate the introduction and continuing implementation of suitable after-care measures and an acceptable after-use; and
- a written statement providing comprehensive supporting details, including details of the relationship of the proposals to the wider surrounding area.
