AS-H3: Infill and smaller sites

On housing developments of between 1 to 4 dwellings:

  • The provision of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings should be provided on previously developed sites and developments should contain only the number of 4+ bedroom houses as pre-existed on the site immediately prior to development.
  • The provision of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings should be provided on all other sites and developments should contain only one 4+ bedroom dwelling.

In all housing developments of this size the mix of housing types should also be consistent with achieving a good layout and design in relation to the immediate locality.
