Provision of a satisfactory vehicular access
- In relation to comprehensive development, vehicular access should be integrated into the road serving Chorus Gardens or, in the event of planning permission being granted from Breakspear Farm into that development or
- The existing access arrangement on to Old Horsham Road shall be improved but retained with no new individual access being approved
Other than to provide a safe vehicular access the existing trees and hedgerow should be retained.
The development should be constructed using high quality sustainable materials
The maximum number of additional dwellings shall be 2; and
The proposals shall have regard to design policies of the NDP.
