CA-CLW2: Standards for play and sport to meet F.I.T. requirements
Proposals that would involve the loss of school playing fields, recreation space and playing fields will not be supported unless:
- alternative provision is made for recreation space of a similar size in a sustainable and accessible location; or
- the development proposed is for the expansion of an established school
