The following car parking areas associated with retail facilities at Beare Green and Capel (and shown on Inset Maps FIG4 and FIG5) will be safeguarded:

Old Horsham Road, Beare Green
The Street, Capel

Proposals for the redevelopment of these areas for other uses will not be supported.
