ENV43 - ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO LISTED BUILDINGS

Alterations and additions to the external or internal fabric or setting of a Listed Building will normally be permitted provided that:

  • the proposal preserves the original architecture, scale, materials, colour, detailing and other significant architectural or historic features of the building concerned and
  • the proposal does not detract from the character or setting of the building.
