MOV5 - PARKING STANDARDS

The County Council’s current car parking standards will be applied as maxima and having regard to:

  • the developer’s own requirements, subject to road safety or traffic management implications, and
  • the accessibility of the location to means of travel other than the private car, and
  • the possibility of payments in lieu of car parking spaces being made to assist in public transport provision and in facilities for pedestrians and cyclists.
