RUD6 - EXISTING RESIDENTIAL CARAVAN AND PARK HOME SITES

The Council intends to contain existing residential caravan and park home sites in the Green Belt and the countryside beyond the Green Belt. To this end it will resist proposals:

to extend any existing sites or increase the number of park home/ caravan standings;
to convert recreational standings to residential or to redevelop any sites with permanent dwellings or for other purposes;
for commercial development except at a very small scale where essential for the operation of the site concerned.
