GB6 - Siting of Caravans and Mobile Homes in the Green Belt

Proposals for the temporary or permanent location of a mobile home or caravan in the Green Belt which would meet the following criteria will be permitted:

  • it is for residential accommodation, associated with an agricultural or forestry activity with a proven need; and
  • the siting is acceptable in terms of location, access, environmental and local amenity considerations.
