GB9 - Replacement of a Non-residential Building in the Green Belt

  • the existing building is lawful and permanent in nature;
  • the design and volume of the proposed replacement building would not be materially larger than the ‘original’ building and would not materially harm the openness of the Green Belt through excessive scale, bulk or visual intrusion; and
  • the replacement building would be within the same use as the building to be demolished
