Policy S16 (Town Centre Leisure Uses)

Development proposals which would result in the loss of leisure facilities within Slough town centre will not be permitted unless it can be shown that:

  • the proposal would not have an adverse impact on the vitality and viability of Slough town centre; and
  • the proposal will not have an adverse impact on the day time or evening economy of Slough town centre.
