EP5 - SUNLIGHT AND DAYLIGHT
Development will only be permitted where its design and layout:
- would provide for adequate daylight, and where possible sunlight, to reach into spaces around and between buildings and other physical features; and
- would not result in a significant loss of daylight or sunlight to adjacent buildings or land; and
- would comply with all the other policies in this Plan. Particular attention is drawn to policy EP3 (the Use, Design and Layout of Development).
