EP7 - SIGNS AND ADVERTISEMENTS

Express consent for the display of a sign or advertisement will only be granted where:

its positioning, size, design, colour, materials, method and degree of illumination (if any) would not adversely affect the visual amenities or character of the building, site or locality; and
it would not, together with other signs and advertisements, adversely affect the character and visual amenities of the building, site or locality; and
it would not adversely affect the amenities of neighbouring properties; and
it would not adversely affect public safety.
