GB3 - RESIDENTIAL INFILLING IN GREEN BELT SETTLEMENTS
The one for one replacement of existing dwellings and limited infilling within the boundaries of the Green Belt settlements, as defined on the Proposals Map and listed below, will only be permitted where:
- the proposal would not detract from the open, and undeveloped character of the Green Belt.
- the scale, height, layout, siting, form, design and materials would be compatible with and would not adversely affect the character or amenities of nearby properties or the locality in general and the proposal would be in accordance with policies EP3 (the Use, Design and Layout of Development) and H9 (Residential Design and Layout); and
- the proposal would comply with all the other policies in this Plan. Particular attention is drawn to policies GB11 (Rebuilding of Dwellings in the Green Belt)

- Dorney Reach
- George Green
- Hedgerley Hill
- Higher Denham
- Taplow Riverside
- Tatling End
- Wexham (Church Lane /Wexham Park Lane )
- Wexham Street
- Wood Lane Close (Iver)
