P18 Efficient use of land
- Development will be permitted that:
- Optimises land use; and
- Does not unreasonably compromise development potential or legitimate activities on neighbouring sites; and
- Provides adequate servicing facilities, circulation spaces and access to, from and through the site.
- Development should be permitted for appropriate temporary ‘meanwhile uses’ where they deliver community benefits, do not harm amenity and do not compromise the future redevelopment of the site.
