P3 Green Infrastructure, Open Space and Air Quality
- Subject to the character of surrounding built form, roofs should be flat where feasible, and be designed to include roof planting. The roof area should be accessible to occupants of the building, subject to safety and amenity considerations.
- Where it can be demonstrated that it is either inappropriate or not feasible to meet the requirement P3(1), a range of alternative climate change mitigation approaches must be considered, and implemented where feasible.
