P34 Railway arches
Development within railway arches must:
- Provide commercial or community activities. No residential uses will be permitted and
- Provide industrial uses in Strategic Protected Industrial Land; and
- Promote the delivery of Low Line walking routes by providing active frontages and safe and accessible spaces for pedestrians.
