P40 Betting shops, pawnbrokers and pay day loan shops
Development of betting shops, pay loan shops and pawnbrokers must:
- Be located within a protected shopping frontage; and
- Not exceed more than 5% of the total number of betting shops, pay day loan shops and pawnbrokers within the protected shopping frontage; and
- Be at least 10 premises away from other premises of the same use.
