P41 Hotels and other visitor accommodation
- Development for hotels and forms of visitor accommodation must ensure the design, scale, function, parking and servicing arrangements respond positively to local character and protect the amenity of the local community and visitors to the hotel.
- A minimum of 10% of the total floorspace must be provided as ancillary facilities in hotel developments that incorporate a range of publicly accessible daytime uses and offer employment opportunities.
