| 3 | Other staff | 1 space per 2 employees (1) |
| 4 | Restaurants and bars open to the public | Policy 47 applies for any restaurant and bar space over and above that needed to serve hotel residents |
| 5 | Conference and leisure facilities | applicants must demonstrate that sufficient parking is provided |
| 6 | Coach parking | to be provided if necessary |
