I42B Land at White Horse Lane, London Colney - Allotment Land

The District Council will not grant planning permission for development of the non-statutory allotments at White Horse Lane, as shown on the Inset Map, unless a Planning Agreement is entered into to secure the following:

  • the retention of at least half of the existing non-statutory allotments (i.e. at least 0.65 hectares);
  • a development of small industrial units, restricted to Class BI(c) of the Use Classes Order, on the remainder of the allotment land.
