L4 Community Facilities
Proposals for the creation, replacement, extension or relocation of the community facilities listed below* will be supported provided that they comply with other relevant policies of the Neighbourhood Plan and that they contribute directly to one or more of the following community priorities:
- encouraging the enjoyment of sport and recreation by providing facilities for changing, spectating, training, exercise and treatment;
- providing the community with a meeting place in the centre of the village for informal socialising and refreshment and for indoor recreational activities;
- providing multi-purpose meeting rooms to support a range of community users such as societies and other groups sharing a common interest or purpose, visiting providers of services for health and wellbeing, and individuals or organised groups meeting for study, research or advice.
