D.H5 Gypsies and travellers accommodation
Development of a site to meet the long-term needs of gypsies and travellers is required to:
- be suitable for housing
- be in an accessible and safe location
- employ high quality design and be sympathetic to local character and design
- maintain and enhance the quality of the environment, and
- not be located in an area of high flood risk (flood zone 3).
