30 Co-Location Design Principles
To be supported, proposals involving co-location will need to demonstrate:
A. High quality and innovative design approaches to create a buffer and separation between any heavy or intensive industrial uses and adjacent non-industrial uses; and
B. Appropriate design mitigations which address the following:
- Safety and security;
- Layout, orientation, access, servicing and delivery arrangements of uses, including refuse;
- Design quality, public realm, visual impact and amenity for residents;
- Vibration and noise;
- Air quality including dust, odour and emissions; and
- Agent of Change principles.
