WTC13 - Social Infrastructure

In order to ensure that existing and future local residents have appropriate levels of social infrastructure, we will:

  1. Resist the loss of existing social infrastructure in the centre in accordance with DM18;
  2. Develop Opportunity Sites identified and designated for social infrastructure in chapter 16 - 35; and
  3. Where appropriate, seek contributions through planning obligations to support the provision of new social infrastructure or the expansion or improvement of existing facilities to meet the needs of the community.
