WTC7 - Sustainable Transport

In order to develop and promote sustainable forms of transport within the centre, we will:

  1. Improve permeability and support a range of improvements to promote and enhance the environment for pedestrians and cyclists (also see policy WTC8);
  2. Require new development to provide electric car charging points in accordance with the London Plan (2011); and
  3. Require new development to provide Transport Assessments and Travel Plans in accordance with Development Management Policy DM14 - Co-Ordinating Land Use.
