DMTS 10 Northcote Road area of special shopping character

The Council will support the preservation of the special shopping character of Northcote Road. Planning permission for redevelopment will only be granted where:

  • the development provides environmental and other enhancements as identified in the Essence of Northcote Road Action Plan; and
  • the development does not involve amalgamation of small units to create larger units.
