DMTS 5 Other frontages
In town and local centres, proposals involving ground floor units in other frontages will be permitted if:
- the proposed use is an appropriate town centre use as defined in the glossary;
- a shopfront is retained/provided; and
- for minicab offices, the proposal meets the criteria in Policy DMT5.
