CLT4 Arts and Cultural Facilities

The Council will grant planning permission for proposals which will increase or improve the provision of arts and cultural facilities in the district, provided that:

  • There is no harmful impact on the amenities of nearby residential properties and other uses;
  • They will not cause unacceptable nuisance in terms of noise or traffic generation; and
  • The site is easily accessible by passenger transport, walking and cycling.
