R4 Renewable Energy Sources
Planning permission will be granted for proposals for the development of renewable energy sources subject to all of the following criteria:
- It would not have a significant visual impact;
- It would not generate an unacceptable level of traffic;
- It would not result in an unacceptably high level of atmospheric emissions;
- It would not have a significant adverse impact upon features or areas of ecological, architectural, landscape or conservation importance;
- It would not have a detrimental impact upon adjoining properties and land holdings; and
- It would not generate an unacceptable level of noise.
