MC: Commercial Growth in Mayfair

MC1:

New office floorspace will be particularly encouraged in Central and East Mayfair.

MC2:

The loss of office floorspace to residential in Central and East Mayfair will be resisted unless, as part of those development proposals, the amount of office floorspace lost will be reprovided to an equivalent standard within the Central and Eastern areas.
