MSD: Servicing & Deliveries

MSD1:

All new retail and commercial development of a significant scale and large scale residential development should demonstrate how steps have been taken to provide improved waste and servicing arrangements including but not limited to where appropriate:

  • Consolidating waste and servicing within the frontage or immediate area.
  • Sufficient food waste storage.
  • Provide for servicing by electric vehicles or other zero-carbon measures.
  • Working with other occupiers in the vicinity

MSD2:

All new development of a significant scale is required to demonstrate that the proposed waste and servicing arrangements will not adversely impact the amenity of neighbouring occupiers.
