Retail and complementary mixed uses will be encouraged within the Tyburn Opportunity Frontage.

MTR2:

Proposals to enhance the public realm along the alignment of the Tyburn Opportunity Frontage shall seek to improve the interface between the public realm and servicing areas, as appropriate.
