Policy 16: Residential Space Standards
- Development proposals should provide an appropriate mix of units, of which the majority should be one and two-bed units.
- All new housing units should conform to the space standards set out in the City Plan. However, development proposals should also have due regard for the level of housing need, to make efficient use of land, and respond to the finer grain character of buildings within Soho.
