Policy 4: Shop Fronts and Facades

Where major development involves creating a number of new street facing facades developers should avoid creating uniform shop front and repeated facades to maintain a diversity of frontages which positively contribute to Soho’s character.

Opportunities to add appropriate detail and colour which increases interest and character as suggested in the AECOM Heritage and Character Assessment will be supported.
