HUR1 – Housing Schemes in Hurley
Development proposals for a single housing scheme at each of the Recognised Settlements in Hurley Parish will be supported, provided each scheme:
- lies within or adjoins the boundary of the Recognised Settlement;
- is for no more than five dwellings of 2 or 3 bedrooms only on land with a gross site area of no more than 0.25 Ha; and
- it will sustain the significance of any heritage assets, where relevant; and
- it will not otherwise compromise the permanent open character of the Green Belt.
