TM1 - TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS & CYCLISTS
The Parish Councils along with the local community and action groups will pursue improvements to road safety for all road users, specifically:
- initiatives to deter excessive speeding
- seeking HGV ‘access only’ restrictions for the villages
- promoting improved cycle ways and pedestrian footways
- working with RBWM Highways to introduce a Traffic Plan to actively reduce traffic through the villages
