WW1 – Housing at Grove Park
Proposals for the redevelopment of Grove Park, to provide housing, will be supported, subject to:
- the majority of dwellings comprising smaller 2 and 3 bedroom houses of no more than two storeys in height;
- providing for a range of housing, including dwellings for downsizers and first time buyers;
- having a positive impact on local character; and
- ensuring safe and secure access onto Waltham Road.
