BE4 Sheer House Complex (“SHC”) Development

The redevelopment of the SHC will be supported, provided the redevelopment of the site will have a positive effect on the area’s townscape character and adjacent Conservation Areas. Development proposals should clearly demonstrate how the scheme will achieve high quality and inclusive design that creates a sense of place and a high quality public realm based on the principles set out in the Design SPD38, and in the local character assessment within the Neighbourhood Plan.
