To change your WaData-Deli package, navigate to your profile , found in the bottom left corner, select the “Alter Package” tab, and then choose to either upgrade or downgrade your current package. You will be taken to a payment page where you can update your payment plan.

WaInsight and the broader Walulel Ecosystem refer to our other products. The data used to drive WaData-Deli comes from the Walulel platform, which is an all-encompassing Geospatial Intelligence platform which includes everything you’d want to know about a postcode in our area of concern, including planning policy information, local reviews, land ownership, history and prediction, real estate data and much more. While WaData-Deli allows you to serve up our metric information, WaInsight is a more comprehensive data-based platform for all your urban data needs and solutions.

You can subscribe to WaInsight using the same username and password, but you will need to make an independent WaInsight account. WaData-Deli and WaInsight are separate platforms and are billed individually, so creating an account set up for one does not automatically create an account for another.

At the moment there’s no communication function between WaData-Deli users.

Yes. Once a main WaData-Deli account has been activated, the administrator of that account can invite up to two people, who we call ‘developers’, to register to WaData-Deli using subsidiary accounts. The main account user is capable of inviting and uninviting developers, but developers cannot invite others themselves. The main account user is also capable of editing the accounts of those they have invited to the platform.
