With a WaInsight paid Account (i.e. Pro S; Pro M; Pro L; or Expert), the Account Holder will be eligible to consume WaInsight’s “Enhanced Geospatial Data Service(s)” which consists of digital Data Services that inform in respect of the the place quality of any postcode within an “Urban Jurisdiction” we serve, such as (1) London, (2) Accra, (3) Birmingham, (4) Manchester, (5) Nairobi, (6) Dar-es-Salaam, (7) Lagos, (8) Abidjan, (9), Cairo, (10) Paris, (11) Berlin, or (12) Johannesburg (as available from time to time), with access to the following named features:

• Walulel Data - Over 1000 proprietary and professionally processed place-quality measures (each a “Dataset”) to enable the subjective and objective: observation; analysis; comparison; prediction; contrasting; and opinion-distillation (“Contextual Understanding”).
• My Data - User Generated Datasets in respect of which an Account Holder can make use of WaInsight’s applicable computational algorithms to undertake observation; analysis; comparison; prediction; contrasting; and opinion-distillation on data proprietary to the Account Holder and/or Walulel Data.
• Market Insight - Economic monitoring and communication tooling to enable the Account Holder to:
  (a) market property to and communicate with free users of WaInsight’s Geospatial Data Service(s);
  (b) provide Community Participation Policy compliant subjective place based insight to free users of WaInsight’s Geospatial Data Service(s); and
  (c) derive aggregated trends about an Urban Jurisdiction in respect of the localised property market preferences, performance, activity and press content.
• Basket Report - Dynamic reporting and exporting tooling to enable an Account Holder to save, export or share accessed content for later use.
