Can I change the status of a lead?

Yes, you can. By default, we provide 4 options (Inactive, Active, Priority, Completed). You can change the status as many times as you like. No external users or the leads are informed of changes to the lead status.

Can I contact my lead through your platform?

Unfortunately, we do not offer that option at the moment.

Can I leave comments on a lead? Who can view them?

Yes! Simply click on the name of the lead and begin messaging!

What is the difference between property specific leads and area specific leads?

Property specific leads refer to leads that have expressed interest in one of your property listings, whereas area specific leads are interested in any property in the area specified.
