How can I leave feedback on my experience using the platform?
We would love to read your feedback. To fill in the feedback form first click on the “Help and Feedback” mode (on the left-hand side) and then select the “Feedback Form” tab.
How can I suggest a new metric?
To suggest a new metric, please fill in the feedback form by clicking the “Help and Feedback” mode (on the left-hand side).
Is WaInsight going to expand outside of London?
Yes, we are planning to expand our operations to other cities across the world. If you would like to make a suggestion about where our next city should be, then please fill in the feedback form. To access the feedback form, select the “Help and Feedback” mode (on the left-hand side).
How can I cancel or downgrade my subscription?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your subscription part-way through your plan duration, but if you are on a subscription plan that automatically renews at the end of each payment period (annual or monthly), it is possible to stop this automatic renewal, thus cancelling your paid subscription once it reaches the end of the duration. To stop your subscription plan renewal please contact us directly at customers@walulel.com.
In order to downgrade your subscription once your current subscription plan (annual or monthly) has expired, navigate to your Profile space, and select the “Alter Package” tab. Select the plan that you wish to downgrade to. Once you have made your payment you will be subscribed to whichever plan that you have chosen.
It is important to note that if you are on an automatic renewal plan, you will have to contact us to request your current plan stops automatically renewing once you reach the end of your payment period (as per the first paragraph), in order to ensure your downgrade is successful. If you fail to do so your current plan will renew and you will have to wait until the end of the next payment period before you will be able to downgrade.1.
